Local Agent is currently seeking the services of a confident and passionate property manager to complement our motivated and highly professional team. The position is full-time (five days per week)and will involve a blend of office based work and external tasks involving property visits etc.

The POSITION:

n

- Property manager (Residential)
n
- Member of a professional task-based team with a strong supportive culture focused on team development and customer service
n

DUTIES TO INCLUDE (but not limited to):

n

n
- All aspects of day-to-day property management as part of a team, and under the supervision and support of Senior Property Managers.
n
- Arranging and conducting property viewings, processing rental applications and assisting with the completion of tenancy documents.
n
- Coordinating maintenance and undertaking general administration duties as required.
n
- Assisting with holiday bookings,



making holiday guest arrangements and processing payments.
n
- Assisting team members with other tasks as may be required from time to time.
n

The CANDIDATE WILL BE:

n

n
- Formal QLD property management qualifications are preferred but not essential.
n
- A team player with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
n
- Experience with, or demonstrated ability to learn, essential industry software.
n
- Possess a explicit understanding of the importance of maintaining properties to an acceptable standard.
n
- Experienced in arranging repairs and maintenance, and liaising with tenants and creditors on behalf of owners is essential
n
- Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and effective communication skills are also important in fulfilling this role.
n
- A current driver's licence is required.
