Solar & Battery Installation Electrician — Newcastle, Lake Macquarie & Hunter Region — $90K–$145K + Bonuses

Sine Wave Solar & Electrical is growing, and we're looking for a qualified electrician to join our in-house installation team — no subbies here, which means real career progression and a genuine team culture.

What you'll be doing:

n

Residential (and growing commercial) solar and battery installations across the Lake Macquarie & Hunter region — from install through to commissioning and handover.

n

What's in it for you:

$90,000–$145,000 base (based on experience), plus pay rises as you gain qualifications

Monthly target bonuses + edge protection bonus

9-day fortnight — every second Friday off

Family owned business with tight knit team of 14, two installation teams + office staff

All jobs pre- screened before you arrive onsite with high quality systems and procedures

n

What we're looking for:

n

Qualified electrician (Cert III minimum), residential experience preferred

n

CEC accreditation highly regarded (or willingness to obtain — we'll pay for it)

n

Current driver's licence

n

A team player who takes pride in the finish, not just getting it done
