Recruitment Consultant - Dynamics 365 (D365) FinOps AX NAV GP CRM ERP

Role Overview

n

We are seeking a driven, highly skilled, and experienced Dynamics 365 F&O; Finance Functional Consultant to join this dynamic D365 consultancy services team. Experience in Project Operations would be desirable.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Collaborate with the onsite engagement team and client stakeholders to gather requirements, define expectations, and finalize deliverables.
n
- Ensure high-quality project deliverables and demonstrate expertise in system and functional testing.
n
- Exhibit solid consulting skills, including analytical problem-solving, effective communication, and teamwork.
n
- Support the gathering and documentation of functional requirements, including gap/fit analyses.
n
- Contribute to the creation and refinement of solution documentation.
n
- Deliver end-user training to clients and colleagues.
n
- Provide on-site support during project delivery and go-live phases.
n
- Occasionally assist with responses to RFPs and RFQs.
n
- Identify practice development opportunities and contribute to their implementation.
n




- Complete mandatory training and internal processes within the required timeframes.
n
- Stay updated on the product roadmap and upcoming Dynamics 365 F&O; releases.
n
- Adhere to security policies and guidelines at all times.
n

Skills and Qualifications

n

n
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
n
- Expertise in Finance, Project Operations, or Human Resources.
n
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications.
n
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in consulting or full-cycle ERP implementations.
n
- Proficiency in ERP implementation methodologies.
n
- Basic knowledge of LCS (Lifecycle Services) and Azure DevOps.
n
- Strong client relationship management skills.
n
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
n
- Superior written and spoken English language skills.
n
- Strong organizational and prioritization capabilities.
n
- Resilient and adaptable in dynamic environments.
n
- A proactive team player who can also work independently.
