About the Role

As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience. You'll be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day running of our reception is efficient while supporting our clinical team.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting patients with a warm and professional manner.
n
- Answering phone calls and responding to patient enquiries.
n
- Scheduling and managing appointments.
n
- Coordinating referrals and patient records.
n
- Processing payments and handling accounts.
n
- Liaising with dentists, specialists, and referring practices.
n




- Maintaining accurate patient records.
n
- Supporting the team with general administrative duties.
n
- Helping keep our busy practice running smoothly each day.
n
