G & K O'Connor is Victoria's leading processor and exporter of Premium Beef Products, located in Pakenham. With a strong international and domestic brand and a reputation for quality, G & K O'Connor is currently seeking experienced Skilled Meat Workers to fulfil beef boning, slaughtering and slicing tasks.

- Have previous skilled meat industry experience
n
- Be flexible and willing to work overtime
n
- Display a can-do attitude, be willing to learn and very reliable
n
- Have explicit communication skills
n
- Enjoy labour intensive and practical work
n
- High attention to safety and hygiene
n
- Ability to work in a team environment
n
- Reliable in terms of good attendance and punctuality
n
- Have a strong work ethic with quality workmanship to match
n
- Prior experience in a fast-paced environment
n




- Stable and consistent work history
n

Positions are fulltime Monday to Friday. G & K O'Connor pay, and work conditions are amongst the best in the industry. Hourly rate for a 38-hour week - range of $69,000-$73,000pa, including Performance Bonus, plus overtime. G & K O'Connor aim to be an employer of choice within the region.
