The DRB Group is a leading financial services firm in Wollongong with a well-established Mortgage and Finance Broking business. The team is looking for a motivated finance broker to join our team and to support the effective delivery of service to our various business and individual clients. This is a great chance for an enthusiastic and customer service focused individual to become a part of one of the Illawarra's leading integrated financial services practices.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

- Working with our business and individual clients
n
- Manage customer enquiries and provide expert lending advice
n
- Support clients through the entire loan journey, from application to settlement
n
- Manage contact with lenders, solicitors, real estate agents, and property valuers throughout the home loan application process
n
- Manage finance and CRM databases
n




- Ensuring client files are appropriately maintained and prepared for audit.
n

The quality applicant will have:

n

n
- Experience in Mortgage Broking with a proven track record.
n
- As a minimum, a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking
n
- Experience with complex self-employed structures
n
- High attention to detail, consistency and organisational skills
n
- Ability to prioritise well and adapt your daily schedule to ensure deadlines are met
n
- Demonstrate a strong client focus with a positive, can-do attitude
n
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
n
- Strong problem-solving skills
n
