POSITION

The need has risen for a People and Culture Manager to assist the leadership team in a generalist HR and recruitment capacity.



This role will suit a passionate individual who has a deep understanding of all facets of human resource management.

CANDIDATE

n

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

n

n
- 5+ years within a similar HR function within an Accounting Firm (Highly desirable)
n
- Tertiary qualifications with a HR major
n
- Exceptional leadership and emotional intelligence
n
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
n
- Experience with payroll would be highly desirable
n
- Exceptional time management skills
n
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
n
