The Role :

n

We're seeking a hands‐on Centre Manager to oversee the daily operations of WestVillage and Coorparoo, balancing business‐as‐usual management with a complexstakeholder setting. You'll be empowered to drive improvements, resolvechallenges and make a visible difference across the precinct.

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Lead the day‐to‐day management of West Village andCoorparoo, delivering exceptional operational, commercial and customeroutcomes.
n
- Prepare and manage annual operating budgets, forecasts andcapital expenditure plans, ensuring strong financial performance and costcontrol.
n
- Drive retailer engagement and performance through proactivecommunication, issue resolution and a customer‐focused approach.
n
- Monitor centre performance, including sales trends, customerfeedback,



occupancy and key operational metrics, identifying opportunities forcontinuous improvement.
n
- Partner with Asset Management, Leasing and Marketing teamsto support activations, events, leasing initiatives and asset enhancementopportunities.
n
- Oversee facilities management, maintenance programs,essential services and contractor performance to ensure a safe, well‐presentedand operationally efficient environment.
n
- Ensure compliance with all statutory, safety, riskmanagement and governance requirements, maintaining accurate records andoperational documentation.
n
- Lead the delivery of capital works, upgrades and assetinitiatives, ensuring minimal disruption to retailers, customers and trade.
n
- Identify and implement opportunities to enhance the customerexperience, strengthen retailer performance and contribute to the long‐termsuccess of the assets.
