We are recruiting for a Field Service Coordinator to join the team.

As part of the Q-bital Healthcare Solutions family established in 1999, we specialise in purpose-designed and built mobile and modular facilities, offering recent or replacement healthcare spaces including operating rooms, endoscopy suites, and sterilisation and diagnostic departments.

We are looking for a hybrid Field Service Coordinator to join our team in Brisbane, Australia.

n

Responsibilities:

n

n
- Assist in collecting, delivering and setting up units
n
- Induct contractors at customer sites once the units are installed
n
- Overseeing contractor management in the warehouse and when units are on site
n
- Prepare purchase and work orders and reconcile invoices
n
- Assist with the preparation of required documentation
n
- Assist in overseeing build and refurbishment programme of new and returned units
n
- Assist with Planned Preventative Maintenance coordination
n
- Ensure Q-bital's obligations against quality and safety standards are met
n
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
n
- Attend customer sites to carry out small repairs to the units where necessary
n
- Knowledge of power tools and experience with hand tools essential
n

Required conditions:

n

n
- IT literate with ability to effectively work using Microsoft 365
n
- Must be able to work effectively as part of a team, and take ownership and accountability in the role
n
- Knowledge of relevant workplace health and safety regulations
n
- Experience with health & safety investigation management
n
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar technical coordination role
n
- Hands‐on with the ability to work autonomously
n
- Proven experience in managing inventory, commissioning and after sales support
n
- High level of customer service
n
- Requires a valid driving license
n
- Experience in healthcare and facility management related employment is highly desirable
n
- Experience in similar environments is preferred but not essential
n
- Continuous improvement experience
n
- Experience with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001
n
- Experience with CAD software
n
