Due to a strong pipeline of residential work, they are seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join their expert team. This is a rare opportunity to focus on bespoke, high-value projects that define the Victorian landscape.

The Role

Joining a collaborative and professionally supported environment, you will lead the regulatory assessment for a variety of Class 1 & 10 projects.



You will work closely with some of Australia's most creative architectural firms to ensure safety and compliance without compromising design integrity.

The Ideal Candidate

- Technical Expertise: 5+ years of experience within the Victorian sector, with a focus on high-spec residential builds.
n
- Client Focused: A qualified who enjoys the "consulting" side of surveying and building strong relationships with project stakeholders.
