Specialising in preventative care, treatment and rehabilitation for a range of ailments, injuries and conditions, we have a variety of services available at several convenient locations. Our services include orthopaedic surgeons, physiotherapists, sports doctors, podiatrists, massage therapists, exercise physiologists, dietitians, psychologist, clinical pilates and rehabilitation gyms.

About the role

n

Our Physiotherapy business is seeking experienced receptionists to work across our various locations, 15 to 30 hours per week.

n

Candidates will need to demonstrate exceptional customer service standards and communication skills.

n

These are casual positions and rostered hours vary between 7am to 8pm Monday-Friday and 7am to 1pm Saturday. Flexibility with hours and availability to work across locations will be required.

n

Job responsibilities

n

n
- Provide courteous and effective telephone and face to face service to patients
n




- Accurately make and record patient appointments in our patient management system
n
- Accurately invoice and receipt patient consults and record subsequent bookings
n
- Perform reception open and close procedures satisfactorily, including banking
n
- Maintain a friendly, professional working relationship with your team.

Skills and experience

n

n
- Previous experience in a medical or allied health practice will be highly regarded
n
- Experience with computer and telephone systems is essential.
n

n

All candidates must hold a current Working with Children Certificate. Successful candidates must present an original certificate or be prepared to obtain one prior to commencement.

n
