We are seeking a senior retail assistant manager to work in our Narellan store. You'll be involved in all aspects of managing a retail store and interacting with customers on a daily basis.

n

Working closely with the store manager and other senior staff, your trusted role will be as a key member of the team, ensuring the smooth running of the store and bringing smiles to children and adults alike. Your role will include:

n

key holder - opening and closing procedures

n

team building and management

n





inventory management

n

integrated involvement with head office

n

administration and banking

n

exceptional customer service

n

register operations

n

creative merchandising + store upkeep

n

fulfilment of weekly training courses

n

learning about toys, games & hobbies

n

What makes you an ideal candidate?

n

Minimum 5 day availability required (Ideally Sunday to Thursday)

n

Flexibility with working hours on occasion

n

A solid work ethic, with a can-do attitude!

n

Ability to learn on the job in a fast-paced environment

n

Ideally, immediate start!
