An exciting opportunity has become available for a Property Manager to join a well-established and highly respected real estate office based in Taylors Lakes.

Managing an end-to-end portfolio of approximately 150 well-maintained properties, you'll work alongside an experienced Head of Department who will provide ongoing guidance and support. Your Responsibilities

- Manage an end-to-end residential portfolio of approximately 150 properties.
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with rental providers and renters.
n
- Coordinate maintenance requests and repairs.
n
- Conduct routine inspections and lease renewals.
n
- Prepare documentation and manage tenancy administration.
n
- Attend VCAT hearings when required.
n
- Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with current legislation.

About You To be successful, you'll have:

- Previous Property Management experience (candidates at all experience levels are encouraged to apply).
n
- A current Agent's Representative Certificate.
n
- A current's driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
n
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
n
- A proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
n

Experience using PropertyMe and Inspection Express will be highly regarded but is not essential.
