Apprentice Plumber Wanted – Late 1st or 2nd Year

Join the Riccardi Plumbing Team – Based in Geelong, servicing Bannockburn through to the Surf Coast.

Qualifications & Experience:

n

Currently completing a late 1st or 2nd year plumbing apprenticeship

n

Friendly & positive attitude with great communication skills

n

Eager to learn & good at problem solving

n

Willing to do over time when required

n

Have your own basic hand tools

n

Hold a current white card

n

Hold a Working with Children's Check, or, willing to obtain (some of our jobs are on school and childcare sites, so this is required)

n

Manual drivers' licence, or willing to obtain within 2 months of starting

n





Experience in general plumbing maintenance is preferred, but not essential

n

Must be willing to travel to our shed location in Belmont each morning

n

Tasks & Responsibilities:

n

Assisting qualified plumbers across a wide variety of jobs — maintenance, gas fitting, drainage, renovations, new builds, and heating and cooling

n

Learning across both real estate and private work, giving you broad, well-rounded experience

n

Working alongside experienced tradespeople who'll teach you the trade properly

n

Travelling to job sites across Geelong, Bannockburn, and the Surf Coast

n

Communicating clearly and professionally with customers on site

n

Helping keep vehicles, tools, and worksites clean, stocked, and tidy

n

Writing job notes and reports

n

Showing up on time, ready to work, and contributing to a positive team culture

n

Uniforms and paid overtime opportunities
