We're on the hunt for our next Assistant Manager to help keep the Pymble Hotelbuzzing and loved by the locals.

n

The Pymble Hotel is a premier local hub located on the Pacific Highway. Our venue boasts a popular, family-friendly bistro showcasing locally sourced produce, a vibrant Sports Bar broadcasting the best live games, and comfortable guest accommodation. We offer a fast-paced, welcoming environment for hospitality professionals who are passionate about great customer service.

A day in the life of an Assistant Manager:

n

- Get to know the locals so well they think you're part of the crew
n
- Support the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly, safely, and with a great vibe
n
- Learn the ropes of being a Publican while leading a team of absolute hospo legends
n
- Handle hiccups before they turn into headaches
n
- Bring the energy, the service, and the smiles every single shift
n

Inherent requirements:

n

This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

About you:

n

n
- You've been around the bar,



bistro, or gaming room block, and maybe already done some supervising
n
- You've learned from outstanding managers and now you're ready to step up
n
- You've got the confidence, pride, and people skills to be the face of the pub when the boss is away
n
- You've got a current RSA and RSG/RCG as per state requirements
n
