Crossmuller is seeking a reliable and motivated Groundsman / Labourer to join our team on the Central Coast. This is a full-time position offering 40 hours per week, a Rostered Day Off (RDO), with overtime available.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Grounds maintenance including mowing, whipper snipping, edging, and general landscaping
n
- General labouring duties as required
n
- Operation of basic tools and equipment
n




- Maintaining a safe and tidy work setting
n
- Following workplace health and safety procedures
n

n

To be successful in this role you will have:

n

n
- Previous experience in grounds maintenance or labouring (preferred but not essential)
n
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying conditions
n
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- Construction White Card (or willingness to obtain)
n
