Role:Customer Service Representative
n Location: West Footscray - 12 month, Fixed Term Contract
n Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 incl. Super

This is an opportunity to play a part in that story by:

- Being the initial contact for customer service
n
- Assisting with managing Customer enquiries and deliveries
n
- Meeting required KPI performance for internal and external customers
n

Our ideal candidate will have the following:

n

n
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills and SAP (Essential)
n
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM systems
n
- Strong phone and email communication skills
n
- Conflict management
n
