Maroochydore GWM & Renault is growing, and we're looking for a motivated Service Adviser to join our team.

Whether you're an experienced Service Adviser or someone with outstanding customer service skills looking for a new career, we'd love to hear from you. Previous dealership experience is highly regarded but not essential—we'll provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

About the Role

n

As a Service Adviser, you'll be the link between our customers and workshop, ensuring every customer enjoys an exceptional service experience.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Welcoming customers and assisting with service bookings
n
- Preparing repair orders and recording customer concerns
n
- Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process
n
- Liaising with technicians regarding vehicle repairs
n
- Recommending additional maintenance where appropriate
n
- Organising loan vehicles when required
n
- Processing invoices and explaining completed work
n
- Delivering outstanding customer service every day
n

About You

n

You'll be someone who:

n

n
- Enjoys working with people and providing exceptional customer service
n




- Has excellent communication skills
n
- Is organised and able to manage multiple tasks
n
- Has strong computer skills and attention to detail
n
- Thrives in a busy team environment
n
- Holds a current Australian Driver Licence
n

n

Previous experience as a Service Adviser or within the automotive industry is highly regarded but not essential. If you have the right attitude, a willingness to learn and enjoy helping people, we'll provide all the training you need.
