Job Description

Visy Logistics is seeking a Fleet Supervisor to lead a drivers team in Melbourne's region, optimizing daily operations, cost control, safety, and service excellence. You'll apply transport expertise, manage payroll, and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver reliable outcomes for clients.

You will oversee scheduling, load planning, maintenance, and compliance with OH&S;, CoR and NHVR regulations, using SAP, MT Data, and WMS/TMS systems to drive continuous improvement and fleet performance.
