We’re looking for a confident, energetic and seriously switched-on Partnership Marketing & Growth Assistant to join our expanding team inside a rapidly growing omni-channel hair and beauty retailer.

This is an entry-level role for someone ready to move fast, learn quickly and build a career well beyond traditional administration. You report directly into the Head of Partnership Strategy & Growth and you will support a team working directly with leading beauty brands across Retail Media, Partnership management, paid media, new brand launches, OOH, events and activations — learning the ropes while helping us get it all delivered.

What you’ll be doing & learning

Retail Media: Support supplier-funded campaigns, media bookings, campaign coordination and wrap-up reporting.

Partnership Strategy: Support supplier growth plans, presentations, strategy sessions and follow-up actions.

Events & Activations: Coordinate supplier events, launches, in-store activations and customer experiences.

External Stakeholders: Liaise with Centre Management, media partners, OOH agencies, suppliers and other external partners.

Recent Brands: Support new brand pitches, onboarding and launches.

Marketing: Assist with campaign briefs, presentations, Canva assets and activation ideas.

Reporting & Team Support: Keep trackers, Asana, spreadsheets, presentations, supplier follow-ups and projects moving — from campaign reporting to catering for strategy meetings.





Sometimes making a brilliant activation happen means everything from media placement and signage to catering, gifting and cupcakes. You’ll be across the detail, but your ideas are welcome too — we’re a collaborative team and everyone gets to contribute.

Who we’re looking for

You’re confident, dynamic and comfortable with people. You can pick up the phone, build rapport quickly and aren’t intimidated by external stakeholders. You’re naturally persuasive, commercially curious and probably have a bit of the gift of the gab.

Just as importantly, you’re organised, reliable and quick to action. You notice the details and follow things through.

You’ll need to be savvy on the tools, whizz around a laptop, quick with apps and able to learn new platforms fast:

Excellent administration, organisation and task coordination

Strong written and verbal communication

Intermediate–advanced Excel and spreadsheet capability

Strong PowerPoint, presentation-building and Canva skills

Confidence across general business and marketing apps

Ability to quickly learn Asana or similar project management platforms

A genuine interest in brands, business growth, marketing and events

Initiative, curiosity and plenty of energy

Who will thrive here?

Someone early in their career yes confident with administration, hungry for exposure and ready to learn fast in a growing omni-channel business with 40+ doors and a long-standing heritage in Australian haircare and e-commerce.

Maybe you’ve started in marketing, events, administration, sales or an assistant role and you’re ready for something broader. We’re less interested in years on paper than we are in exceptional organisation, confidence, initiative and natural instinct, we can teach you the rest.
