About The Role:

n

We're seeking a full time Security Advisor BDM with a passion for building lasting client relationships, a strong background in Account Management, and an interest in cutting-edge security technology.

n

As the Security Advisor BDM, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, manage inbound enquiries to provide temporary site security in the Residential, Commercial, Civil, Council and Government sectors.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

- Close new business across construction, civil, residential & government sectors
n
- Manage inbound enquiries and convert them into active projects
n
- Attend sites to scope and recommend tailored security solutions
n
- Present clear, high-quality proposals to clients
n




- Build long-term relationships and grow existing accounts
n
- Work closely with operations to ensure smooth delivery
n
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies
n
- Report directly to the National Development Manager
n

n

Requirements:

n

n
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development or Account Management
n
- Good understanding of surveillance technology and security systems
n
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
n
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and clients simultaneously
n
- Self-driven, organised, and comfortable working autonomously
n
- Valid driver's licence
n

Advantageous:

n
- Existing network in construction, civil, council or government
n
- Experience with CCTV, surveillance or site-based solutions
n
- Construction industry knowledge
n
- Class 2 Security Licence
n
