A prestigious global luxury retailer is currently seeking an enthusiastic and client-focused Sales Associate to join their team in their Brisbane CBD store. The successful candidate will play a key role in maximizing sales opportunities while delivering exceptional service to customers.

In this role, the Sales Associate will be responsible for welcoming clients, understanding their needs, providing tailored advice, and managing the sales process from start to finish. A key part of the position involves establishing and nurturing relationships with clients, ensuring they have a unique and memorable shopping experience.

Prior experience in high jewellery is preferred and candidates who have proven experience in retail with a global luxury brand are highly encouraged to apply. The brand values customer service expertise and a proven track record in retail sales.

Candidate Profile

This position is ideal for an individual from a luxury retail background who is passionate about delivering excellent client service. While experience in jewellery is preferred, we will also consider candidates from luxury fashion and / or accessories retail as well. Candidates should be motivated by sales targets and enjoy building lasting relationships with clients.
