Synergie Australia is currently seeking a reliable and professional Shuttle Bus Driver to support workforce transportation requirements at a major industrial site in Bomaderry, NSW.

This casual role is ideal for an experienced driver who enjoys working independently, prioritises safety, and takes pride in providing a professional service. You'll play an important role in ensuring employees, contractors and visitors are transported safely and efficiently throughout their shifts.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely transport employees, contractors and visitors between designated locations
n
- Follow scheduled pickup and drop-off times
n
- Conduct daily vehicle pre-start and post-shift checks
n
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and presentation
n




- Complete required transport records and documentation
n
- Report hazards, incidents and vehicle defects promptly
n
- Adhere to all site traffic management and safety procedures
n

About You

To be successful in this role you will possess:

- Current Australian C Class Driver Licence
n
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
n
- Excellent driving record
n
- Reliable and punctual work ethic

- Good communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work flexible and changing shift schedules

- Ability to work within a busy industrial environment
