This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Solar & Battery Operations Manager to join the team at of a highly professional. Based in Tuggerah, NSW, this full-time role will see you leading the operations of a solar and battery storage solutions across residential and commercial projects. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of these systems, from installation to ongoing maintenance and customer support.

What you'll be doing

- Oversee the installation teams of solar and battery storage systems
n
- Develop and implement maintenance and servicing procedures to ensure optimal system performance
n
- Manage a team of technicians to deliver high-quality customer service
n
- Liaise with clients to understand their energy needs and provide tailored solutions
n
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and identify opportunities for process improvements
n
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the solar and battery storage division
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
- Proven experience as a Solar & Battery Operations Manager or similar role in the renewable energy sector
n
- Extensive technical knowledge of solar PV and energy storage technologies
n
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
n
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
n
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and safety standards
n
- Tertiary qualification in electrical engineering or a related field is highly desirable
