Job Description

Uniting NSW.ACT is seeking a registered nurse to lead clinical care in our Elanora/ Shellharbour aged care service. You will develop, deliver and evaluate resident care plans, provide clinical services, and liaise with medical teams to advocate for residents' quality of life.

You'll supervise Personal Care Workers and lead on holistic decision-making, with opportunities for leadership growth and a supportive multidisciplinary team setting.
