Job Title: ServiceNow developer

Key Responsibilities

n

- Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and workflows, ensuring scalable and efficient platform solutions.
n
- Customize and enhance ServiceNow modules using JavaScript, Business Rules, Flow Designer, Script Includes, UI Policies, and IntegrationHub.
n
- Develop and support integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration technologies.
n
- Collaborate with IT, business, and cybersecurity teams to gather requirements, implement solutions, and optimize ServiceNow processes.
n
- Support ServiceNow platform upgrades, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and adherence to development best practices.
n
- Assist in implementing Cybersecurity-related ServiceNow solutions (e.g., Security Operations, Vulnerability Response, GRC/IRM, or SecOps) and support security compliance initiatives.
n

Key Skills

n
- Solid hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration,



including custom application development and platform configuration.
n
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, and IntegrationHub.
n
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and middleware.
n
- Good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, ITSM processes, CMDB, and ITIL best practices.
n
- Added advantage: Experience with Cybersecurity domains such as ServiceNow SecOps, Vulnerability Response, GRC/IRM, Security Incident Response (SIR), or security compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls).
n
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional Agile teams.
