Not a Trace Bakery in Australia is seeking a hands-on Quality Coordinator to maintain food safety and quality across the bakery. You will work with production, operations, and technical teams to ensure products meet customer, regulatory, and company requirements.

Responsibilities include maintaining HACCP and quality systems, supporting audits, investigating quality issues, driving continuous improvement, and coaching staff on quality and food safety.
