Warehouse Coordinator - Audio Visual and Events

Structured Events is a leading event production company, delivering staging, LED screens, audio, lighting, truss and event infrastructure for concerts, exhibitions, festivals, sporting events and corporate functions.

Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to take ownership of our warehouse operations and support the delivery of high-quality events.

Please note: This is not an entry-level warehouse role. We are seeking someone with proven experience in the event production, audio-visual or entertainment industry who can confidently step into the position with minimal training.

The Role

n

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring equipment is prepared accurately, maintained to a high standard and ready for every event.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Coordinating daily warehouse operations
n
- Preparing and de-preparing event equipment
n
- Checking equipment against pick lists
n
- Loading and unloading company vehicles
n
- Managing equipment returns and quality control
n
- Maintaining LED, audio, lighting,



staging and rigging equipment
n
- Coordinating cross-hire equipment
n
- Managing consumables and warehouse stock
n
- Assisting with deliveries and onsite event installations when required
n
- Maintaining a clean, organised and secure warehouse
n
- Working closely with Project Managers to ensure every project leaves the warehouse complete and on time
n

Essential Requirements

n

To be considered you must have:

n

n
- Previous experience working for an AV, production, staging, lighting, exhibition or event hire company
n
- Strong knowledge of qualified event equipment and warehouse processes
n
- Experience preparing equipment for live events
n
- The ability to identify missing, damaged or faulty equipment
n
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
n
- Forklift Licence
n
- A current Australian Driver Licence (manual preferred)
n
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
n

Highly Regarded

- HR Truck Licence
n
- Audio, lighting or rigging experience
n
- Current White Card
n
