About the role
n You will be responsible for delivering dynamic and structured group training sessions to a wide range of members. This role requires a strong coaching presence, the ability to manage a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional member experience.

Key Responsibilities
n
Deliver high-quality group training sessions in a safe and effective manner
n
Coach and correct movement to improve performance and reduce injury risk
n
Drive energy, engagement, and culture on the gym floor
n
Support members with progression, consistency, and accountability
n
Assist in the development and delivery of structured training programs
n
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the training space and equipment
n
Build strong relationships with members and provide a high level of customer service
n
Stay up to date with training methods, industry trends, and equipment
n
Contribute to team meetings and overall business growth
n
About you
n
Certificate III and IV in Fitness (or equivalent)
n
Minimum 2 years' experience in a coaching or group training setting
n
Strong understanding of exercise science and programming principles
n
Confident leading group sessions with clear communication and presence
n
High energy with the ability to motivate and engage a diverse member base
n
Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
n
Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
n
Current CPR & First Aid certification must be held at commencement
n
