As our practice continues to grow, we're looking for a Registered Psychologist to join our team. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to establish their caseload through a combination of practice referrals, continuity of care for existing clients and, where applicable, transitioning their own existing client base into the practice.

About the Role

n

- Provide therapy to children, adolescents and/or adults.
n
- Manage your own caseload with flexibility and clinical autonomy.
n
- Work collaboratively with parents/caregivers, schools,



GPs and other health professionals where appropriate.
n
- Opportunity to complete ADHD, autism and cognitive assessments where aligned with your experience and interests (desirable, but not essential).
n

n

(Room availability will be discussed with the successful applicant. Ideally, we are seeking someone available 2–3 days per week initially; however, we are adaptable and happy to discuss arrangements that suit both you and the practice.)

About You

n

Essential Criteria

n

n
- Full registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA
n
- Medicare Provider Number (or willingness to obtain one)
n
- ABN (or willingness to obtain one)
n
- Professional Indemnity Insurance
n
- Current Working With Children Check
n
- Current National Police Check
n

n

Looking For Someone Who

- Enjoys working with children, adolescents and/or adults
n
- Is warm, approachable and client-centred
n
- Provides evidence-based, neuro-affirming and culturally responsive care
n
- Has excellent communication and report-writing skills
n
- Values collaboration, professionalism and lifelong learning

Highly Regarded (But not Essential)

n

- An existing private practice caseload that you wish to transition into Blossom & Thrive
n
- Experience or interest in ADHD, autism and/or cognitive assessments
n
- Experience working with neurodivergent individuals
n
- Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities
n
- Previous private practice experience
n
