About This Role

n

As a Leasing Agent at INDI Southbank, you'll play a key role in showcasing our premium apartments, guiding prospective residents through the leasing journey, and helping us achieve occupancy targets.

n

Reporting to the Leasing Manager, you'll combine your sales expertise, customer service skills, and passion for property to deliver a seamless and memorable leasing experience.

In This Role, You Will

n

- Manage leasing enquiries and maintain accurate records within the CRM.
n
- Conduct property inspections and guide prospects through the leasing process.
n
- Negotiate lease agreements and support applicants through to move-in.
n
- Deliver exceptional customer service to prospective and existing residents.
n
- Ensure all leasing activities comply with relevant legislation and company policies.
n
- Achieve occupancy and rental targets by promoting the benefits of the BTR lifestyle.

This opportunity is offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract, concluding in August 2027.

Skills & Experience

n

- Unrestricting working rights in Australia
n
- Current Agent's Representative Certification + 1 year post qualification experience
n
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

- Solid problem-solving and results-driven mindset

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet KPIs
