Job Description

Inchcape Australia is seeking a General Sales Manager for Subaru Essendon in Melbourne, VIC. This 12-month fixed-term contract leadership role will oversee recent and used vehicle sales, finance and insurance, and aftermarket performance across the dealership.

You will drive sales growth, customer satisfaction, profitability, and a high-performance sales culture while partnering with Inchcape leadership and OEM partners to uphold brand standards.
