Based in Noosa, Margifox Distributors represents and distributes premium makeup, skincare and wellness brands jane iredale, Advanced Nutrition Programme and Environ Skin Care.

The Role

n

We're looking for a reliable and detail-focused Warehouse & Order Fulfilment Assistant to join our Noosa-based team.

n

This is a full-time position with fixed working hours from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

n

The role combines hands‐on warehouse duties with order processing and administration. Our picking and packing processes are automated through scanners, with administration largely focused on processing orders through MYOB Acumatica.

n

You'll also work across Ready to Ship, Parcel Send and Shopify, which supports both our B2B and B2C stores. Training in our systems and processes will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Picking, packing and processing wholesale, retail and eCommerce partner orders using our automated scanner system
n
- Checking orders carefully to ensure products, quantities and batch details are correct
n
- Processing orders, invoices and related administration through MYOB Acumatica
n
- Managing consignments, shipping labels and dispatch processes through Ready to Ship and Parcel Send
n
- Screening and processing orders in Shopify across our B2B and B2C stores
n
- Responding to customer enquiries relating to couriers, deliveries and tracking
n
- Forwarding technical product enquiries to our dedicated Customer Liaison Manager
n
- Receiving, checking, unpacking and putting away international shipments
n
- Restocking warehouse shelves using FIFO processes based on expiry dates and batch numbers
n




- Completing regular stock counts and assisting with inventory and batch control
n
- Producing kits, including picking, packing and checking individual components
n
- Lifting, moving and loading cartons and product cases
n
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse
n
- Following general warehouse and workplace health and safety procedures
n
- Working efficiently with the team to meet daily dispatch deadlines and manage busy periods
n

About You

n

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

n

n
- Robust administrative, IT and computer skills
n
- Confidence learning and working across different software and order‐processing systems
n
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
n
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to order accuracy
n
- Clear and professional communication skills
n
- The ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
n
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality and a positive attitude
n
- Suitable physical fitness for regular warehouse duties, including repetitive movement, case lifting and manual handling
n
- The ability to follow established processes while identifying and raising any order or stock discrepancies
n

n

Experience using MYOB Acumatica, MYOB or similar accounting software will be highly regarded but is not essential.

n

Previous experience in warehousing, dispatch, inventory control or order fulfilment will also be highly regarded.

n

An interest in beauty, skincare or makeup would be an advantage but is not essential.

n
