Ramsay Clinic - Albert Road is seeking an experienced MedicalSecretary to join our team on a casual basis.

n

As our Medical Secretary for the consulting suites, you are responsible for providingadministrative support and assistance to patients and their families upon their arrival to theclinic.

n

About You

n

Your Skills and Experience:

n

n
- To succeed in this role, you will be an enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service and enjoys being part of a busy environment.
n
- The ability to converse and be empathetic while managing a busy flow of multiple doctor's appointment dairy, phone calls, emails etc.
n
- You will have robust communication, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills and should be comfortable working in a team of doctors, nurses, psychologist, administrators, clinical and non-clinical staffs.
n
- Computer literacy including the Microsoft Office suite of Programs
n
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of a specialist practice setting, Medical Terminology are highly desired, though not essential.
n
- Coordinate with staff from other departments.
n
- Complete other clerical tasks such as data entry, billing, banking, and stationary order
n
- Demonstrated minimum 2-year experience in a hospital/medical administrative position
n
- Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology
n
- Experience ideally Zedmed, is highly desired,



though not essential.
