About the Role
n
As a Full Stack Developer, you'll play a key role in building, maintaining, and optimising digital experiences across a diverse portfolio of clients. Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team spanning development, CRO, UX, and performance marketing, you'll be responsible for delivering high‐quality web solutions that ensure best practice coding, scalability, and performance. This is a hands‐on technical role requiring robust attention to detail, problem‐solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with non‐technical stakeholders in a fast‐paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Design, build, and maintain scalable web solutions across Cheil's client portfolio.
n
- Work across CMS‐driven and custom applications (Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, Shopify Plus or similar).
n
- Implement new features, integrations, and enhancements aligned with CRO and UX objectives.
n
- Optimise site performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.
n
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, CRO strategists, data analysts, and QA teams.
n
- Translate design wireframes and user stories into clean, efficient, and reusable code.
n
- Support technical scoping, feasibility assessments, and estimation for upcoming initiatives.
n
- Conduct peer reviews and maintain version control best practices (Git).
n
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, deployment protocols, and accessibility guidelines.
n
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across environments.
n
- Stay up to date with emerging web technologies, frameworks, and tools.
n
- Contribute ideas to improve workflow automation, component libraries, and QA processes.
n
- Support proof‐of‐concept builds for new eCommerce and CX initiatives.
n

Key Skills & Experience
n
n
- 3–5+ years' experience as a full stack developer within a digital agency or in‐house digital team.
n
- Proficiency in Node.js, PHP, or similar.
n
- Experience integrating APIs (REST, GraphQL).
n
- Familiarity with agile workflows (JIRA, Confluence) and Figma.
n
- Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce, or GA4.
n
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, AWS, Vercel, or similar).
n
- CRO implementation experience (A/B testing, analytics tagging).
n
- Exposure to DTC or eCommerce environments.
n
- Understanding of accessibility and SEO best practices.
n
