Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join a boutique strategy consultancy in Sydney, supporting complex engagements across corporate strategy, growth, commercial due diligence, and operational transformation.

This is a delivery role for someone who can contribute to high-quality strategic outputs, develop structured problem solving, and work effectively under the guidance of senior MBB-trained consultants across a range of client engagements.

Responsibilities

n

n
- Support delivery of strategy engagements across corporate and business unit strategy, market entry and attractiveness assessments, go-to-market strategy, and operational improvement
n
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to support strategic decisions, investment cases, and commercial planning
n
- Contribute to buy-side and sell-side commercial due diligence and transaction support engagements
n




- Structure problems clearly and produce client-ready outputs and presentations to board and executive level
n
- Support post-merger integration and business model transformation workstreams
n

Required Experience

n

n
- Experience in strategy consulting, transaction advisory, commercial due diligence, or corporate strategy
n
- Background at an MBB or top-tier consulting firm is required
n
- Solid analytical and structured thinking capability with clear written and verbal communication
n
- Exposure to growth strategy, market entry, CDD, or operational transformation is valued
n

Qualifications

- Engineering, Economics, Finance, or similar analytical discipline
