About the role

n

As a Real Estate Sales Associate, you'll assist the Principal across all aspects of the residential sales process while building the skills to become a successful sales professional.

n

Your day-to-day duties will include:

n

prospecting, lead generation and buyer enquiry management

n

conducting open homes and private inspections

n

assisting with appraisals and listing presentations

n

vendor communication and feedback

n

coordinating marketing campaigns

n

negotiating offers under supervision

n





database management and general administration.

n

What we're looking for

Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle essential

n

Excellent communication and customer service skills

n

Strong organisational and time management skills

n

Professional presentation and willingness to learn.
