Requirements

n

n
- Proven site foreman experience — 5+ years of on tools experience in construction, civil, or plumbing environments
n
- Manage daily site operations and coordinate trades.
n
- Ensure works are completed safely, on time.
n
- Monitor quality, productivity and site compliance.
n
- Coordinate materials, plant and subcontractors.
n
- Assist with defect rectification.
n
- Ability to read and interpret plans and ensure works are delivered to specification
n
- Experience with site laser levels to setup and mark out relevant works
n
- Experience managing basic WHS compliance and maintaining a safe work environment
n
- Reasonable admin and reporting capability — daily logs, site reports, toolbox talks
n
- Construction White Card required
n
- Driver's license required
n
- Provide own general carpentry/construction tools i.e. drills, hand tools, hammer drill, circular saw etc
n

Experience: Preferred completed carpentry apprenticeship

n

- Checking measurements, RL's, sizes etc

- Contractor sign Ons and inductions

- Manage site compliancen

- Check workers PPE and qualifications

- Daily pre-starts

- Reporting
n
