Your Role:

n

n
- Providing leadership and direction to nursing and care teams
n
- Promoting a culture of excellence in resident‐centred care
n
- Overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of resident care
n
- Ensuring care plans accurately reflect residents' needs and preferences
n
- Supporting compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards
n
- Monitoring AN-ACC requirements and documentation practices
n
- Assisting in achieving care minute and Registered Nurse minute targets
n
- Supporting accreditation and regulatory requirements
n
- Leading investigations into incidents,



complaints, and clinical risks
n
- Implementing corrective actions and quality improvement initiatives
n
- Contributing to organisational risk management and service development
n

What We're Looking For:

n

n
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
n
- Aged care management experience, including clinical audits, accreditation, and funding management
n
- Strong leadership, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement skills
n
- Passionate about delivering high‐quality, compassionate care
n
