Infinity Community Solutions is seeking a Kinship & Foster Care Caseworker to support Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander and non-Aboriginal children in Caboolture and the Brisbane & Moreton Bay Region. You will assess, train, support and monitor placements, provide home visits, afterhours on-call support, and help draft Placement Care Plans in line with the Departmental Case Plan.
