About the Role

n

- Provide full bookkeeping and financial management services to multiple clients
n
- Assist with financial systems (setup, transition, optimisation, training)
n
- Mentor and review the work of consultants and trainees
n
- Prepare management reports, forecasts, and financial statements
n
- Handle payroll, GST/BAS lodgements, reconciliations, invoicing, AP/AR, and general bookkeeping duties
n
- Communicate regularly with clients and support accountants
n

What We're Looking For

- Senior Bookkeeper or Management Accountant experience, ideally in public practice
n
- Strong MYOB/Xero skills
n
- Commercial mindset with excellent client and team management skills
n
