About the Role

n

As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations across our restoration projects. Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Providing exceptional customer service to clients and their customers.
n
- Scheduling and managing technician appointments.
n
- Communicating effectively with restoration technicians.
n
- Reviewing technician reports and submitting them to clients.
n
- Completing a range of administrative tasks to support the team.
n
- Preparing and submitting job costings.
n
- Building and maintaining solid relationships with customers, clients, and contractors.
n
- Supporting the coordination of insurance‐related restoration work.
n

What We're Looking For

- Administration or Scheduling experience is highly desirable.
n
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and system‐based applications.
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
n
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
n
- A positive, team‐focused attitude with the ability to adapt to process changes.
n
- A proactive mindset and the drive to excel in a KPI‐driven environment.
