Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple service lines, partnering with operational leaders to attract, engage and onboard outstanding people who align with our culture and values.

About the Role

n

n
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across NDIS, Home Care and Residential Aged Care (RAC).
n
- Recruit across multiple states, including Victoria, Queensland and Tasmania.
n
- Source, screen, interview and recommend high-quality candidates.
n
- Create and manage SEEK and other recruitment advertisements.
n
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future workforce needs.
n
- Conduct reference checks, compliance checks and onboarding activities.
n




- Partner with managers to understand workforce planning requirements.
n
- Promote Ambition Health Group as an employer of choice.
n
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.

About You

n

n
- Previous recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
n
- Solid experience recruiting within the NDIS, Aged Care and Residential Aged Care (RAC) sectors.
n
- Exceptional interviewing and talent identification skills.
n
- Experience recruiting across multiple locations or states.
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
n
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
n
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
n

Essential Requirements

n

n
- Previous recruitment experience.
n
- Experience within NDIS, Home Care or Residential Aged Care.
n
- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
n
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
n
- Current Driver Licence.
n
- Full Australian working rights.
n
