The Job

n

- Manage and successfully complete residential plumbing jobs & projects
n
- Supervise, train and mentor apprentices and junior tradesmen, supporting learning and growth within the team
n
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing plumbing problems efficiently
n
- Collaborate effectively with customers and teammates, promoting more productive operations and greater outcomes
n
- Delivering high-quality workmanship while maintaining great customer service
n

- Qualified Plumber
n
- Experience in residential maintenance
n
- Excellent customer service skills
n
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously or in a team
n
- Fit, active and takes pride in being sharp (on tools and off)
n
- Communicates well and thrives in a team-first environment
n
- Valid driver's license, white card and clear police/WWC checks
n
- Exceptional attention to detail - we hold a high standard in our workmanship
n
- BONUS if you have sales experience
