About the Role
n
As the first point of contact, you will be integral to the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a high standard of client service is consistently delivered.
n
Your duties will include:
n

- Greeting clients and maintaining a professional front-of-house presence
n
- Handling incoming calls and responding to email enquiries
n
- Managing calendars and coordinating appointments
n
- Booking barristers and liaising with external stakeholders
n
- Conducting client follow-ups and preparing correspondenceMaintaining accurate data entry and file records
n
- Assisting with billing and general administrative support
n
- Monitoring and ordering office supplies
n
- Providing additional administrative assistance to the legal team as required
n
n
About You
n
You will be a motivated and well-organised individual who presents professionally and enjoys working as part of a team.
n
Ideally, you will have:
n
n
- Previous experience in a legal reception or qualified services role
n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities
n
- A warm, professional approach when interacting with clients
n
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to support others
n
- Excellent attention to detail
n
- Solid IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
