Foreman / Site Manager - $6M Build - Mona Vale - 5 Days Per Week

An award winning architectural home builder is seeking a Foreman / Site Manager to join their team. The initial project will be an off-form concrete newbuild in Mona Vale.

n

This is a long-term position suiting someone who enjoys detailed work, communicates well, and has the drive to move a project and team forward.

n

You'll work alongside an experienced Project Manager, a capable Leading Hand and a strong trade base, enabling you to focus on quality delivery, client relationships and maintaining high standards on site.

Your Responsibilities:

n

- Manage the day-to-day operations on site, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency
n
- Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to maintain program and budget
n
- Liaise with clients, architects, consultants, and engineers to ensure smooth delivery
n
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager
n




- Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and company safety standards
n
- Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
n
- Lead and motivate the on-site team to deliver a top-tier finish
n

n

What We're Looking For:

n

n
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Foreman / Site Manager in high-end residential construction (essential)
n
- Experience on large formwork projects (big advantage)
n
- Proven experience delivering architecturally designed homes
n
- Robust leadership and team coordination skills
n
- Confident communicator with the ability to manage stakeholders professionally
n
- Thorough understanding of construction processes, legislation, and WHS standards
n
- Excellent planning, scheduling, and problem-solving capabilities
n
- Carpentry background is preferred.
