Labourforce is seeking a reliable and mechanically minded Poly Welder Machine Repairer to join a well-established manufacturing and distribution site based in Coopers Plains, Brisbane. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build technical skills in a stable, long-term role — full training is provided.

Shift & Pay

- Hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday
n
- Pay Rate: $40.23 per hour
n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Repairing and servicing poly welder machines
n
- Diagnosing basic mechanical or operational faults
n
- Assisting with machine maintenance and upkeep
n
- Testing equipment to ensure correct operation
n
- Maintaining a clean and protected workshop environment
n




- Supporting production and maintenance teams as required
n

Requirements

- Mechanical aptitude or trade-related experience (preferred, not essential)
n
- Willingness to learn — full training provided
n
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
n
- Strong attention to detail
n
- Ability to work Monday to Friday on day shift
