With over 30 years of experience in the child care industry, MBCCC Ltd operates 11 vibrant OOSH services and 3 Vacation Care centres across the Maitland and Lower Hunter Valley. We're now welcoming applications for Nominated Supervisor/Person-in-Charge roles to join our passionate team.

About the Role:

n

As a Centre Supervisor, you'll lead the daily operations of our OOSH service, ensuring a safe, enriching, and inclusive environment for children.

n

You'll be supported by an experienced leadership team and encouraged to bring your creativity and ideas to the table.

n





Your key responsibilities include:

n

n
- Leading and inspiring your team of educators
n
- Planning fun, meaningful programs and nutritious menus
n
- Working within the My Time, Our Place framework
n
- Engaging with families, schools, and the local community
n
- Maintaining self-assessment tools and preparing for accreditation
n

n

What We're Looking For:

n

We're seeking enthusiastic, experienced, and reliable individuals who love working with children and thrive in a energetic team environment.

n

Qualifications (one of the following):

n

n
- Diploma in Children's Services or OOSH
n
- Bachelor of Early Childhood or Primary Education
n
- Certificate III in Children's Services (with 3+ years' experience)
n

n

You'll also need:

n

n
- A current Paid Working With Children Check
n
- HLTAID012 - First Aid in an Education and Care Setting
n
- CHCPRT001 / CHCPRT025 - Identify and respond to children and young people at risk
n
- A strong sense of responsibility and professionalism
n
