As our business continues to expand, we are looking for a Fleet & Vehicle Administration Officer to join our Fleet Operations team based in Clayton.

n

Working behind the scenes, you'll play an important role in ensuring vehicle documentation and fleet administration are processed accurately and efficiently, supporting the delivery of vehicles across our dealership network.

About the Role

n

Reporting to the Fleet Manager, you will provide administrative support across fleet operations with a strong focus on vehicle documentation and operational accuracy.

n

This is primarily a back-office administration role with limited customer interaction.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Preparing and processing vehicle documentation
n
- Managing fleet paperwork and administrative records
n
- Supporting registration and delivery documentation
n
- Maintaining accurate data across internal systems
n
- Liaising with internal departments including Sales,



Finance and Delivery
n
- Assisting with reporting and document compliance
n
- General administration to support Fleet Operations
n

n

About You

n

You'll be successful if you have:

- Previous administration experience
n
- Excellent attention to detail
n
- Strong organisational and time management skills
n
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
n
- Confidence working with documentation and data entry
n
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
n
- Professional communication skills
n
- A proactive, positive attitude
n

Highly Regarded

Experience in any of the following will be highly regarded:

- Automotive dealership administration
n
- Vehicle registrations
n
- Fleet administration
n
- Sales administration
n
- Delivery coordination
n
- Dealer Management Systems (Pentana, EraPower, etc.)

- Mandarin language skills
