Meca Projects is seeking a skilled and experienced Full‐Time Carpenter to join our energetic team. You'll work across a diverse range of projects, materials, and structures, contributing to high‐standard outcomes for clients throughout the region.

About the Role

In this role, you will work independently and as part of a team across both commercial and residential sites. You'll be responsible for delivering quality carpentry work, problem‐solving on the job, and maintaining a professional standard in all tasks.

Your day‐to‐day work will include:

- Carpentry across a variety of materials, structures, and project types
n
- Working autonomously with confidence and accuracy
n
- Contributing to project delivery across multiple locations
n
- Interpreting plans, measurements, and specifications
n
- Ensuring safe work practices and maintaining a tidy work environment

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who brings expertise, skill, and independence to the role. The ideal candidate will have:

- Full Carpentry Trade Qualification
n
- Strong experience across both commercial and residential carpentry
n
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision

- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

- Reliable transport and suitable tools/equipment to travel between job sites
n
- Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
